Not sure where to serve? Here are a few places you can begin exploring:

Help make MBC Loudoun remarkably approachable from the moment someone arrives. Create a warm, thoughtful experience where every person can feel seen, welcomed, and cared for.
Includes: parking, greeting, ushering, the Connect Area, coffee, and hospitality

Help create a safe, fun environment where children can learn about Jesus, build friendships, and know they are deeply loved by God.
Includes: classroom leaders, small-group leaders, check-in, hospitality, and behind-the-scenes support

Walk alongside middle and high schoolers during one of the most formative seasons of their lives. Help them establish relationships they can trust, wrestle honestly with God’s Word, and begin to follow Jesus for themselves, and not just because their parents do.
Includes: group leaders, event support, hospitality, and student ministry operations

Help children, students, and adults with disabilities participate fully in the life of our church. Offer personal care and support that tells individuals and families, “There is a place here for you.”
Includes: buddies, classroom support, hospitality, and family care

Use your musical, creative, and technical skill to help people engage in worship and hear the truth of God’s Word with clarity.
Includes: worship, production, photography, video, and creative support

Serve behind the scenes to create safe, prepared, and excellent environments where ministry can flourish.
Includes: safety, medical response, facilities, setup, administration, and event support
Tell us about yourself. Complete a short interest form and select any areas you’d like to explore. “I’m not sure” is always an acceptable answer.
Explore a place to begin. We’ll connect you with a team leader who can walk you through the opportunity and help you take a comfortable first step.
Meet the team. You’ll receive the guidance and training you need; you won’t be expected to show up already knowing what to do.
