Life in the DMV moves fast for students – school, sports, friends, activities, and everything in between. But in the middle of all that, where do you find real purpose, real connection, and something that really lasts? ⏳💬

The Rock is a community for all students to find life in Jesus and respond with all we are. ✨✝️ Our community is all about Jesus – discovering who He is, deepening our relationship with Him, and responding to His invitation to follow Him.

Midweek Small Groups are the heartbeat of our ministry and a great opportunity for students (6th – 12th grade) to connect around the Word of God. We meet on Wednesdays from 7-8:45 pm in the Rock Gym. For the first thirty minutes we play games and hangout or have worship together. During this time, pizza is available for $1 a slice. Then, we all head into grade and gender specific small groups lead by teams of staff and volunteers. We pray that our students experience profound belonging at Midweek as they build friendships, pray, and study the Bible together.

We invite our middle school students to join us for Sunday Community at 11am in the Rock Gym. Rock Communities are 3–4-week topical Bible study bursts designed to engage relevant issues with the Word of God through teaching and discussion.

We know schedules can get crazy, so we’ve also added a Sunday Small Group option for high school students that meets most weeks during the school year and covers the same content as our Midweek small groups. Join us in the Rock Lounge Sunday evenings, 6:30-8 pm.

At camp, students get away from all the distractions of life in the DMV and spend a few days living the life God designed for them—worshipping the Lord, studying His word, and spending time with His people. While away, students have the chance to make and build deep friendships while participating in tons of fun adventures, competitions, and activities. Year after year, we’ve seen God change students’ lives and eternities through camp.
