The Director of the Rock Student Ministries will work to effectively implement the vision, mission and goal of McLean Bible Church into the lives of students and their families. This is a leadership role that gives primary attention to engaging students through student ministry efforts and equipping parents to be confident disciple-makers in and through the home. The Director of the Rock Student Ministries at MBC Tysons will collaborate with other MBC location Student Ministers and report directly to the Location Pastor at MBC Tysons.
Planning activities and leading the Adults with Disabilities Day Program at MBC Tysons with other team members. Position includes hands-on teaching about a variety of life skills, spiritual knowledge, social skills and independence and overall growth and development. Position also includes planning weekly and monthly activities, schedules, regular communication with volunteers and families, managing finances and expense reports and behavior management for individuals in the program. This position requires good communication skills with team members, families, participants and volunteers. This is a full-time position with benefits.
We are a large, non-profit Bible based church located in Vienna, Virginia looking to add a team player to the Finance department. This Senior Accountant will be in charge of contribution processing and the recording thereof in the donor management system. This position reports to the Director of Finance and will work closely with the rest of the Finance team. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong, working knowledge of GAAP and the ability to operate effectively in a constantly changing environment. You should have the ability to interact effectively with other departments in the church and donors. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, a hard-working team member able to quickly adapt in different circumstances and able to work independently.
