The Kid’s Quest Director provides leadership, training, support and oversight to all Kids’ Quest staff & volunteers. Church processes are vitally important for effective ministry. When those processes are well-designed and well-executed, they can facilitate life-changing experiences and life-giving relationships. But when those processes are unclear and disorganized, it can leave people feeling discouraged and uncared for, and can make it difficult for them to connect to the church. This is why the Location Administrator is such a critical role. In short, the purpose of this role is to make sure ministry runs smoothly.
Church should feel like a family, not just an event. That is one of our core, biblical convictions. We want MBC Montgomery County to be a warm and welcoming community where people can quickly and easily find resources and relationships that help them grow in their relationship with God and meaningfully connect to our church.
The Connect Director is responsible for making sure we have a clear, effective, and consistent strategy for helping people find their place in our church. This role also includes leading our MBC MoCo women’s ministry.
