Music Director

The Music Director role will currently be a part-time position. The person in this role will assist the Worship Pastor in creating and cultivating the worship culture of the Montgomery County location. The Music Director is responsible for arranging music, helping musicians grow in their ability to play the arrangements skillfully, leading the band through arrangements during rehearsal and sometimes during service, as well as collaborating with the Worship Pastor to plan weekly worship services, especially as relates to musical selection and arrangements. The Music Director may be asked to collaborate with all MBC location Worship Leaders and Music Directors for churchwide events.

Director of Kid's Quest

The Kid’s Quest Director is a full time position that provides direction and oversight for the entire Kids Quest ministry (infant – 5th grade) at McLean Bible Church at the Montgomery County location. McLean Bible Church (MBC) offers full children’s programming for all services on Sunday mornings. The Kid’s Quest Director provides leadership, training, support and oversight to all Kids’ Quest staff & volunteers. The Kid’s Quest Director works closely with the Location Pastor and is responsible for the implementation and development of programming for the spiritual formation of children and equipping parents to fulfill their calling as the primary spiritual leaders of their children.
