WELCOME TO MBI
The mission of McLean Bible Church is to glorify God by making disciples and multiplying churches among all nations beginning in greater Washington, DC. To further this mission, the McLean Bible Institute (MBI) exists to equip leaders for the church’s mission in the world.
MBI aims to accomplish this purpose by providing church-based theological education and resources for leadership development. As a church-based institute, MBI seeks to equip members to strengthen the church, serve the city, and proclaim the gospel to the ends of the earth.
Offerings
Beginning in fall 2025, MBI will provide content and offer courses, cohorts, and other programs to equip members and develop leaders for ministry. Sample courses include: Intro to the Old Testament and New Testament, Basic Christian Doctrine, Biblical Counseling, and other electives. These courses are designed to train members to study Scripture and apply Christian doctrine to their lives and ministry. We will also host conferences and public events to provide theological education in the areas of Scripture, theology, and formation. Registration for fall offerings will be open this spring.
