Join the MBC Women’s Ministry event, Anchored in Truth with Eliza Huie: Fatih, Mental Health and Real-Life Questions on Wednesday May 21st at 6 pm. We will have a meaningful time of conversation, encouragement, and connection as Eliza Huie, author and Director of Counseling, leads us through your questions about mental health and the Christian life. Questions like: How do I navigate anxiety, stress, or depression as a believer? What does it look like to care for my mental health without sidelining my faith? Where is God when life feels overwhelming? What does the Bible say about trauma? This gathering will offer a space to explore the real intersection of faith and mental health without shame or oversimplification. Your questions will guide our time in a setting that is thoughtful, honest, and grounded in biblical truth. Whether you're walking through a hard season, supporting someone who is, or simply looking to grow in understanding, you'll find this to be a hope-filled time of insight, encouragement, and renewed confidence in both your faith and emotional well-being.
