Congregational Meeting
All members of MBC are encouraged to join us for our next congregational meeting on Monday, September 27 at 7:30 pm in the Smith Center at the Tysons Campus. Please note the change in date of the meeting from Wednesday to Monday.
Non-members are also invited to attend. It’s critical that we have a quorum in order to vote on important issues.
If you need childcare for the meeting, please contact Janie Cotone no later than September 25 at Janie.cotone@mcleanbible.org or 703-639-2000 x 1014.
Our congregational meetings occur quarterly typically on the third Wednesday evening of every third month beginning in January.
At our congregational meetings, we receive an update on church business from Pastor Lon and the board of Elders and a quorum of our membership must be present in order to hold votes on church business.
Members and non-members are both encouraged to attend, but only members may vote on church business.
