DayBreak is an integrated auxiliary of McLean Bible Church (MBC) and is dedicated to outreach and ministry to the children and families in Lincoln Heights.

As as integrated auxiliary, Daybreak employees are hired by MBC and governed by the same hiring parameters as all other MBC employees. At McLean Bible Church, our vision is to make an impact on secular Washington with the message of Jesus Christ, and all of our ministries are designed intentionally to accomplish that vision. It is the calling and passion of the 300+ member MBC staff team to carry out MBC's Vision and Core Values each and every day. McLean Bible Church looks for individuals with a wide variety of gifts and talents who are dedicated to Jesus Christ and are living a lifestyle consistent with our Vision, Values, Standards of Christian Conduct and What We Teach.
