The mission of McLean Bible Church is to impact secular Washington with the message of Jesus Christ. In order to more effectively impact Washington, MBC has launched a pledge campaign called “The Final Rock”. The goal of "The Final Rock" is to raise $14.5 million to pay off all existing MBC church debt and cover critical capital expenses so that we can move forward even more aggressively with our mission to reach the six million people in Washington with the message of Jesus Christ. Through this campaign, we expect to free up $400,000 to $500,000 in annual expenses that can instead be used for ministry and for reaching people for the Lord Jesus.
“The Final Rock” campaign launched in September 2011 and will run through the end of 2014.
We need your help in two ways. First, we need a dedicated group of prayer warriors who will receive regular updates about the campaign and the related construction projects and who will then lift these needs to the Lord on a regular basis. We also need our church family to prayerfully consider what the Lord would have them give, over and above their regular giving, to this pledge program.
